Seller and scope

Himalayas House is operated by Lulua Ibrahim, an individual seller based in Portmarnock, Dublin, Ireland. These terms apply to purchases made on himalayanshouse.com. Himalayas House is the seller and handles orders, payments, customer support, cancellations, returns and refunds. HSD Himalayan Salt Direct supplies selected products and Imadi Fulfilment provides UK warehousing and dispatch; neither is the seller for orders placed here.

Products, prices and orders

We aim to describe products, brands, pack sizes and prices accurately. Your checkout shows the current item prices, delivery charge and total before payment. If an obvious error affects an order, we will contact you promptly and offer a correction or refund. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

Delivery

Delivery areas, charges and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout. Please provide a complete delivery address. Contact us promptly about an error or delay. Nothing in these terms transfers the risk of loss to you before delivery or removes your statutory remedies for late, missing or damaged goods.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the voluntary 30-day return window and UK and Ireland/EU statutory cancellation rights. Contact us at support@himalayanshouse.com to exercise those rights. A request for return instructions does not require approval of a valid statutory cancellation. Nothing in these terms limits rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Website use and privacy

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate order information. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; purchases are made with Himalayas House. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future orders by posting a new version. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order, subject to mandatory law. For questions, email support@himalayanshouse.com. Nothing here excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
