Use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email to check your delivery. Tracking information may take a little time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Finding your order details

1. Open the dispatch email sent to the address used at checkout.
2. Follow its tracking link or copy the tracking number into the carrier’s tracking page.
3. Check the latest carrier update and estimated delivery date, if available.

Need help with an order?

If you have not received a dispatch email, check your spam folder and confirm the email address used at checkout. For an order that has not arrived or a tracking link that does not work, email support@himalayanshouse.com with your order number and the name used at checkout. Our team can check the fulfilment status and advise on the next step.
